• Zinc glycinate Equiv. Zinc 7.5mg
• Sodium ascorbate 25 mg Equiv. Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 22.2 mg
• Inositol 25 mg
• Biotin 900 microgram
• Silicon dioxide 10 mg
• Ascophyllum nodosum (Kelp) whole plant powder dry 50 mg,  Equiv. Iodine 50 microgram
• Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) root dry extract 150 mg, Equiv. Withania somnifera root dry 1.5 g
