How much does delivery cost?
Standard shipping across Australia is $9.90.
Free shipping is available for orders over $60 unless stated otherwise.
What courier company do you use?
We use Australia Post and Star Track for shipping to all Australian customers. In some cases, an alternative courier company may be used if necessary.
When can I expect my order to be dispatched?
Orders received by 1:00pm (EST) are typically dispatched on the same day.
Other orders are dispatched on the next business day.
What is the delivery timeframe?
All orders are dispatched from Derrimut, Victoria, AUS.
Delivery notifications will be sent via email and/or SMS.
Check your courier consignment tracking for updates and estimated delivery times.
What if I encounter issues with delivery?
For assistance with courier tracking, delays, or other delivery issues contact us here. We do not accept liability for delays beyond our reasonable control.
What are the warranties and liabilities for products?
All products come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for faulty products.
Other warranties are excluded, except those non-excludable in law.
Can I cancel my order?
Vitaco reserves the right to cancel orders under specific conditions.
Customers can cancel orders by contacting customerservice@vitaco.com.au before the order is picked/shipped.
Vitaco is not liable if the cancellation request cannot be fulfilled after payment and order release.
